MHLI and the Professional Services Schedule.

Our GSA contract number is GS-10F-0162M and is part of the GSA's Mission Oriented Business Integrated Services (formerly MOBIS, GSA MAS 874). This includes a full range of management and consulting services that can improve a federal agency’s performance and its endeavors to meet mission goals.

The GSA contract allows the government agencies to make quick and easy purchases from our commercial catalog of products using the GSA Advantage program or GSA’s e-buy program.

Because MHLI was awarded this contract, Government agencies can be assured that all applicable procurement laws and regulations have been applied, including the small-business set aside determination. Federal agencies are also assured MHLI has met all quality assurance and financial responsibility checks.

MHLI prices have been reviewed by GSA and have been found to be fair and reasonable, representing the best value pricing and lowest overall cost.

The cost and time required to search for sources is eliminated through the GSA contract. MHLI provides professional grade commercial services with state-of-the-art quality.


MHLI MOBIS SERVICES

Consulting

MHLI can provide consulting services to support government agency needs in the management, organizational and business improvement areas. Services can include special studies of human resources and organizational initiatives, analyses of organizational strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and assistance with forecasting and long- and short-term planning.

Training

MHLI provides specialized and general interest courses that can be offered in several different venues. Our courses are listed in our on-line commercial catalog by focus areas and can be customized to fit the needs of the client. MHLI offers clients the opportunity to attend pre-scheduled open registration courses, courses hosted by a specific client or courses that can be limited to specific students. We are also able to bring this training to you rather than your limited staff requiring expensive travel expenses. This is the most cost effective way we can deliver our courses and at the same time maximize the opportunity for training.

In addition to over 50 commercial off the shelf (COTS) courses, MHLI in partnership with the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and the National Apartment Association (NAA), offers individual professional certifications that are specific to the Department of Defense housing community. The Professional Housing Management Association (PHMA) is the certifying organization and the certifications are recognized as the industry standard for military housing management.


In conjunction with IREM and George Mason University, MHLI offers a Certificate in Real Estate Management.
Courses offered by MHLI provide Continuing Education Units (CEU) credits.
