atzr-cva@conus.army.mil of your intentions, along with your name and registration number.

INVITATIONS
Invitations have been emailed to all invitees. If you feel that your name
was inadvertently left off, you may contact the Seminar Support Center
at atzr-cva@conus.army.mil.

QUARTERS
Unless specified otherwise, quarters will be reserved for all general and flag officers, promotable colonels, SES civilians, and nominative CSMs. All other military will be provided on-post or designated off-post lodging if available. Individuals will be notified of their lodging assignment or of the non-availability of quarters.

TRANSPORTATION
Unless specified otherwise, transportation will be provided for all general and flag officers, promotable colonels, SES civilians, and nominative CSMs. All other individuals are responsible for providing their own transportation. Rental car agencies are below:

ENTRY TO FORT SILL
When your registration is received and verified, you will be emailed a temporary gate pass for use during the seminar. Welcome personnel at the Lawton Airport will also have additional gate passes available.

UNIFORM
Uniform for the Seminar is duty uniform for military, and optional dress for others. Dress for the Icebreaker Social and the Seminar Dinner is casual.

SENDING A SUBSTITUTE
If you desire to send a substitute in your place please contact the Seminar Operations Center at atzr-cva@conus.army.mil to have the individual added to the invitation list, and to obtain the necessary registration number.

FEES

The seminar fee is $250.00.

Seminar fees are to cover the cost of food served in conjunction with the seminar, and are not reimbursable as separate fees in conjunction with TDY claims. Fees may be paid via credit card at the time of registration. There is no individual pricing for partial attendance.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations are accepted up to one week before the event. Any cancellations, no shows or payment changes made after Friday, 23 May 2008 will be subject to a $30.00 processing fee.
