MHLI and the Management, Organizational and
Business Improvement (MOBIS) GSA Schedule
(A Multiple Award Contract)

MHLI was awarded GSA Contract No.GS-10F-0162M in February 2002.This contract includes Special Item Numbers (SINs) 874-1 Consulting Services, 874-3 Survey Services, and 874-4 Training.

The GSA contract allows Government agencies to make quick and easy purchases from a commercial catalog of products offered by MHLI.

The award is for an initial period of five years, with three five-year options available.

Because MHLI was awarded this contract, Government agencies can be assured that all applicable procurement laws and regulations have been applied, including the small-business set aside determination.Federal agencies are also assured MHLI has met all quality assurance and financial responsibility checks.

MHLI prices have been reviewed by GSA and have been found to be fair and reasonable, representing the best value pricing and lowest overall cost.

The cost and time required to search for sources is eliminated. MHLI, through the GSA contract, provides professional grade commercial services with state-of-the-art quality.

Current MHLI MOBIS Services

Survey Development and Deployment (SIN 874-3)

MHLI can develop all phases of the survey process, including assisting the client frame the questions, design of the instrument, database administration, assessment of data validity, determination of data collection methodology, survey distribution and collection, quantitative and qualitative analysis of the data and the preparation and production of reports.

MHLI is currently performing all phases of survey for Army Family Housing within the European Theater and at all U.S. Army Installations affected by the Residential Communities Initiative (privatization).

Consulting (SIN 874-1)

MHLI can provide consulting services to support government agency needs in the management, organizational and business improvement areas. Services can include special studies of human resources and organizational initiatives, analyses of organizational strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities, and assistance with forecasting and long- and short-term planning.

Training (SIN 874-4)

MHLI has developed specialized and general interest courses and is able to provide at the agency’s site.Off-the-shelf courses are listed on the inside of this brochure. Customized courses and courseware unique to an agency’s needs may also be available.In conjunction with the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and George Mason University, MHLI offers a Certificate in Real Estate Management.

All courses offered by MHLI provide Continuing Education Unit (CEU) credit. MHLI is an authorized provider of CEU by the International Association of Continuing Education and Training.
